With over 30 years of experience in site work and landscape design, Graham Land Services can handle any project no matter the size. We are a locally owned and operated business in Anderson, Texas, that offers services to areas within a 50-mile radius. However, our team will travel further for bigger jobs! We take care of all the essentials to start building a house. We provide a clean, sturdy base that will support the new construction. Let us know your vision, and we will bring it to life!
How It All Started
Graham Land Services was founded by Tod Graham. He has been in business since 2010, and his first company was a landscaping one. He had that company for over 32 years but eventually got tired of having to deal with other contractors’ final grades that his company still had to fix and lay sod on, etc. So, he bought himself a skid steer, went to his builders and asked if he could do the final grades, explained why, and it has blown up since then. Tod started clearing his builders’ lands and doing house pads for them. Tod sold his landscaping company and opened up Graham Land Services, where he focuses on site work and land clearing.

Some people want to build their dream home from scratch. They purchase a plot of land, that is usually full of trees or other obstacles that need to be removed in order to start building. Maybe you want to add a pond or two to your property. Do you have a specific driveway design in mind? Our team will clear the land, only keeping the nonevasive, beautiful trees scattered among your property. We will make sure everything drains properly, create a house or barn pad, and provide the perfect layout so the builders can get started on your dream home!
