Ponds/Lakes
Are you thinking about adding a pond or lake to the property? Our team can clear the land and create the space for this body of water to come to life!
02.
Land Clearing
From one acre to a hundred of them, we have our clients covered. Our first step is to locate boundaries and exact areas to be cleared and marked. We then remove all the underbrush. Next, we take down large trees, cut them up, and pile them up to be hauled away or burned on-site if applicable.

Underbrushing and Forestry Mulching
The underbrush is the shrubs and small trees forming the undergrowth in a forest. Underbrush clearing is less intense than land clearing. We don’t scrap the land down to the bare dirt beneath it. It’s an economical choice and is more eco-friendly.
We also offer forestry mulching, which is a land clearing method that uses a single machine to cut, grind, and clear vegetation. This machine shreds the vegetation while leaving a fine layer of mulch that is operational, as well as beautiful.
Our team uses a 100 HP skid steer with a Prinoth drum mulcher that can mulch 4-6″ material and turn them into shavings that will naturally decompose.

Driveways/Parking Lots/ Culverts
Do you have a dream driveway design? Are you looking to add a large parking lot to your business? We offer many types of materials, from road base to decomposed granite for driveways and parking lots.
Our team also installs steel culverts from 8 to 12 inches for creek crossings. These culverts channel water past an obstacle, and they are typically embedded so as to be surrounded by soil. Culverts are used both as cross-drains to relieve drainage of ditches and to pass water under a road at a natural drainage and stream crossing.
05.
House and Barn Pads
A house pad is the section of land that your house is built on. This section of land is cleared, leveled, and tested for height and compaction. The house pad is the final completed portion of land that is ready for the foundation. The same goes for the barn pad. So, if you are building a home or barn, this is a necessary step in the process.
06.
Final Grade/Rough Grade
Rough grading is the shaping of the construction site. Our team levels the ground to create a specific slope to set a solid foundation. Rough grading provides good drainage and prevents future damage. We also offer final grading which puts the last touches on the transformed construction site, such as removing the large chunks of soil to create a smooth surface.

Our team provides excavation of any type and depth, and we also offer demolition and haul away any type of structure for our builders.
